Victor M. Herrera

Victor Manuel Herrera Jr. was born on January 30, 1980 to Victor Herrera Sr. and Lori Herrera in Sacramento, California and passed away on October 18, 2023 in Sacramento, California. 

Victor was a welder who was able to travel the world building cranes on oil drilling rigs. He had many stories to tell about the places he visited around the world and the opportunities he had while traveling for work. 

Victor had a great heart, he was empathetic, understanding, compassionate and an overall caring and loving person; he really loved music, cars, the Dallas Cowboys and all of his friends and family especially his only son Jeremiah whom he loved the most. Before his late wife Virginia passed away, one could find her and Victor riding quads, mudding or going to the ocean. His love for people, and having a good time will be greatly missed. 

Preceded in death by his lifetime sweetheart and wife Virginia, as well as his grandparents Pete and Betty Herrera. Victor is survived by his son Jeremiah, his father Victor Herrera Sr. (Tammy), mother Lori Herrrera, siblings Phillip Herrera (Nohealani), Peter Herrera (Summer), Jennipher Herrera, Brittney Dowell (Tom), Elisha Simpson-Sanchez (Danny), his grandparents Clifford Alderson (Della) and Lee Miller. 

Victor will greatly be missed by all who knew him.
