Mike Sos Him

Mike Sos Him, 51, of Galt, California left this world much too soon on Friday September 3rd, 2021. Mike was born on February 5th, 1970, in Cambodia and he came to the United States during his adolescent years.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Mike. Everyone who was lucky enough to know Mike experienced his unmatched warmth, generosity, kindness, and zest for life. He approached everything and everyone with an open heart and willingness to give his time. His pleasant personality was contagious to everyone.

Mike met the love of his life Lisa Truong and has been married to her for 20 years. He was a proud Papa to 3 beautiful daughters: Jasmine, Addisen, and Madalyn. Mike loved his daughters, and he was a great mentor to them.

Mike had limitless abilities. He was an amazing cook. He made home cooked meals for his two favorite fur babies: Eva and Loki.

Mike’s favorite hobbies are fishing, karaoke, and most of all spending time with his family. His death will leave a hollow place in all who knew and loved him. Only those who were lucky enough to be in his presence will truly understand his kind, gentle and beautiful soul, and how deeply he will be missed.
