LODI — Two victims of a deadly head-on collision along Highway 12 west of Interstate 5 early Sunday morning were identified Monday afternoon as Eduardo Ramirez, 25, of Thornton according to the San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office.

The California Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred about 4:30 a.m. Sunday approximately 1 mile west of the interstate on the two-lane trans-Delta highway near Guard Road.

Rosary will take place at All Seasons Funeral Chapel at 702 B Street, Galt, CA 95632 on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 4:30 P.M.

Funeral Service and Mass will be held at St. Christopher's Catholic Church on Monday, December 16, 2019 at !0:00 A.M. Sharp at 950 S Lincoln Way, Galt, CA 95632

Committal services will be held right after Mass at the Galt-Arno City Cemetery at 14180 Joy Drive, Galt, CA 95632
