Professional services of the funeral director and staff
Minimum use of facilities (covers our overhead cost)
Transfer of remains into our care from residence or facility
Transfer of working causes worksheet and EDRS record (if created)
Refrigeration of remains
Releasing the decedent

This package includes one or two person removal of deceased into our care and releasing to a local funeral home. A signed release is required by the legal next of kin pursuant to the Health & Safety Code 7100.
